Pro Forma Operating Budget
The La Collina dal Lago Owners’ Association Pro Forma Operating Budget is a good faith estimate of the cost of management, maintenance and operation of the common areas and for long term reserves. This budget was reviewed by the Department of Real Estate in September 2004. Under this budget, the monthly assessment against each subdivision interest will be $80.95 of which $29.80 is a monthly contribution to long-term reserves and is not to pay for current management, maintenance and operating expenses. It is typical for cost to increase as the project ages.
